Privacy policy

This site collects the information you enter in the quote form: your name, phone number, email, postal code and details about your floor. It also records which page you came from and basic campaign tags from the link you clicked, if any.

How it's used

Your information is used to prepare and follow up on your quote. It is shared with the flooring contractor who will contact you, price and carry out the work. It is not sold to marketers or shared for any other purpose.

How long it's kept

Quote requests are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on the job and any warranty questions, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop being contacted, by emailing hello@ottawafloorrefinishing.com.

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Your browser keeps a short note of the page you arrived on and any calculator estimate, only for this visit, so it can be included with your request.
