BeforeAfter

Drag across the floor to compare a worn finish with a fresh sand and refinish.

What needs doing to your floor

Most floors need one of three things. If the finish is dull and scuffed but the wood underneath looks fine, a recoat puts a new layer on top for about a third of the price of sanding. If there are grey worn paths, scratches into the wood or you want a different colour, the floor needs a full sand to bare wood. Stairs are their own job, usually done at the same time.
